For orders within the UK, we are shipping from the UK directly to you with our Made in the UK products. There are no additional duty or taxes due on your shipments.

For International orders outside of the UK, we will collect duty and taxes during the checkout process so that your order will be inclusive of import duties and taxes. This means there will be no additional charges on delivery.

For US customers, please note that orders that exceed the import threshold of $800 USD will be subject to the US Border Agency charging import taxes at delivery.

From the 19th October 2023, we have partnered with Global-e to process all duty and tax charges at the checkout. This means there will be no additional charges on delivery.

• We accept returns and exchanges from all international locations.
• Items must be postmarked 30 days after the delivery date.
• The returned items must meet the standards set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy in order to be accepted for a return or exchange.
• We offer pre-paid returns labels for UK, US and International destinations. A fixed fee will be taken off of your refund to cover part of the return shipping. We subsidise over 50% of the shipping cost charged by couriers to reduce the cost of return shipping for you.
